Additionally, they develop and find financing for high quality projects with up- and-coming filmmakers, talent, and cutting edge material.

Beyond making films, Cinesthesia Factory strives to exhibit and market unique content by featuring highlighted projects online and in person (through a quarterly film festival and a curated YouTube channel and CF platform).

The Cinesthesia Factory Team

Eric Michael Kochmer

Founder | CEO

A protégée of composer and theater director Elizabeth Swados and experimental filmmaker Owen Land, Kochmer has worked as an actor, director, video artist, producer, editor, and night watchman in a graveyard. As the VP of Content for the filmmaking collective and production company We Make Movies, he originated and spearheaded their production services platform which has since served over a 1000 filmmakers, as well as co-founding and curating six seasons of the WMM International Film Festival. He has additionally collaborated independently with companies such as Stoopid Buddy Stoodios (Seth Green), R&R Media (Danny Roth), and EP Kristina Sorenson (The Pee-Wee Herman Show on Broadway and Netflix). Kochmer has been working steadily as a combination of a creative producer and line producer in New York, Kentucky, Georgia, Montana, Washington, New Mexico, and Illinois, and most recently produced and secured distribution for the horror film THE DEATH OF SNOW WHITE. Kochmer is a spirited and practical artist, who continually aims to deliver genre-defying, arthouse cinema that pushes the boundaries of filmmaking while bringing fresh perspectives to the screen.
